This Privacy Policy explains how Shoptalk (“Shoptalk”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website shoptalk.co.nz and related services.

Campaign details you choose to share (objectives, audience, timing, budget).
Vista workflow: If you brief or buy via Vista (a third-party platform), you may provide information directly to Vista. We may receive limited information from Vista to manage your campaign. Vista’s own privacy policy applies to its platform.
Information we collect automatically
Usage and device data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, IP address, browser, device type, referrer).
Cookies and similar tech (see Section 7). We use first-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and advertising pixels (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn) to understand performance and, where enabled, run retargeting.
Information from third parties
Lead sources (e.g., if you contact us via social platforms), publicly available information (e.g., your business contact details).
We do not seek to collect sensitive information. Please do not include confidential or sensitive data in free-text fields.
